Camp Learn-a-Lot

Littlest Angels Preschool
2010 Summer Program

Each of our three summer sessions will be filled with activities to transform
the lazy days of summer into the learning days of summer!
Each session will provide the chance for your little one
to experience theme related vocabulary words and facts, music, science, dramatic play,
creative art experiences, cooking, counting, large muscle activities, color, shape,
and letter recognition, meet old and new school friends and foster friendships
and most importantly, to spend his or her day having fun!

Please remember that space is limited and on a first-come-first-served basis.

NOTE: Your child must be two (2) years of age
by May 15, 2010 in order to enroll.

The place will be crawling with little entomologists!
Wormy Dirt Cake and lady Bug Salad will be enjoyed by all!

                        Session 3: August 2 – 20

ONCE UPON A STORY…!”
Words are wonderful!
We’re going to have a grand time with our best loved authors and their books.
Special guest readers, storytellers and story re-enactments will foster the children’s love
for the printed word.  Research shows that to develop into lifelong readers,
children need opportunities to learn to love books.
This session will bring books to life for the children.
Some of the books/authors we’ll be enjoying are: Bill Martin, Jr. (Brown Bear, Brown Bear),
Eric Carle (The Very Hungry Caterpillar), Norman Bridwell (Clifford the Big Red Dog),
Denise Fleming (In the Tall, Tall Grass), and Laura Numeroff (If You Give a Moose a Muffin).
