Growing Tigers

March 2022

Posted on

Wow! March has been such a fun month! We started the month with Dr. Seuss. We ended the month with Community Helpers. So much fun recognizing the Community Helpers in our own community. We celebrated Week of the Young Child by doing so many colorful art projects and learning all about our uniqueness and relationships with those around us.

A fun fact one of our students shared this month is that “anyone can be anything they want to be! Girls can be police officers!”.

Our letters this month were N, V, W and X. Our number was seven, our color was green, our shape was a triangle and our virtue is Kind.

Two of our favorite books this month have been “How the Crayons Saved the Rainbow” by Monica Sweeney and “My Community” by Escrito Por.

Our science this month focused on magnets and rainbows.

We are looking forward to all that April is about to bring us with spring!!
