In March, we explored different jobs that help our community. As we learned about “Community Workers” we zipped and zoomed through the month as we discovered how many types of “Transportation” there are. 

Here are some fun facts:

• One of the oldest type of transportation is by boat.
• In some parts of the word, people still travel mostly by walking or by riding animals, such as donkeys, horses, and camels.
• Some Police Officers ride horses while patrolling the streets.

During this month we also celebrated St. Patrick’s Day and Week of the Young Child.

This month we worked on:

Letters: T, U, V, and W.
Color: green
Shape: rectangle
Virtue: kind

Some of the books we enjoyed were, “Red Truck”, “Big Digger”, “Little Dump Truck” and “Cars Galore”.
