Preacher: Tom Norris

Summary:

There are four different Greek words in the New Testament that are translated as the single English word “love”. But in this passage from 1 Corinthians, Paul only uses one Greek word: “agápe.” It’s not a romantic word at all, it’s a kind of exercise of one’s will, rather than emotions. In today’s message, God calls us to an utterly different kind of life. One we’ve seen only in Jesus.
